Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights regarding defective, faulty, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products.

5. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is a voluntary commercial benefit and is additional to any statutory consumer rights.

  • statutory withdrawal rights;
  • defective or faulty products;
  • lack of conformity;
  • product safety;
  • refunds required by law; or
  • any other consumer protection rights that cannot legally be excluded.

For customers in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection rules may apply regardless of any voluntary guarantee offered by BESIDE. EU consumer law generally provides a 14-day withdrawal period for distance purchases, subject to applicable exceptions, as well as statutory remedies for non-conforming goods.

12. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

BESIDE may offer digital products, including the Advanced Pleasure Alarm™ Guide.

Digital content may be delivered electronically following purchase.

Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal for digital content, BESIDE will comply with the applicable requirements.

Where permitted by law, if you expressly request that digital content be supplied immediately and acknowledge the applicable consequences of beginning the supply before the end of the withdrawal period, your withdrawal right may be affected as provided by applicable law.

Digital products may be subject to additional terms displayed before purchase.

  • logos;
  • brand names;
  • product names;
  • photographs;
  • graphics;

is owned by or licensed to BESIDE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our website for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any BESIDE intellectual property to you.

14. USER REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, comment, photograph, video, suggestion, or other content to BESIDE ("User Content"), you grant BESIDE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and distribute that content for purposes related to operating and promoting BESIDE.

You remain the owner of your User Content.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that your submission does not infringe the rights of another person.

We will not represent a review as being from a genuine customer if we know that it is not genuine.

16. SHOPIFY

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides the e-commerce platform and technical infrastructure through which we operate our store.

Your purchase contract for products or digital content is with BESIDE, not Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered through BESIDE unless expressly stated otherwise.
